Emma Phelan

Emma Phelan is an experienced actuary currently working at the Central Bank of Ireland since February 2023. Prior to this role, Emma served as the Asset Data Management Team Lead at Amundi from October 2019 to February 2023, leading a team in managing data flows and fostering communication with stakeholders. Emma's background includes experience as a Trainee Actuary and Actuarial Data Analyst at Amundi, as well as a Pricing Actuarial Trainee at CACI Dublin, where expertise in pricing international PPI business was developed. Earlier experience at Standard Life involved data analysis to optimize advisor engagement. Emma holds a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management from UCD Professional Academy and a degree in Actuarial Mathematics from Dublin City University.
