Central Indiana Community Foundation
Nora Dietz-Kilen, MA, CNM, CFRM, currently serves as a Senior Donor Engagement Officer at the Central Indiana Community Foundation, providing strategic planning and philanthropic advising for corporate and family foundations with nearly $100 million in charitable assets. Previously, Nora contributed as an Effective Philanthropy Associate at the foundation, managing donor-advised fund holders and collaborating on equitable grantmaking practices. Past experience includes roles as an Account Associate at Bloomerang, Donor Relations Manager at Indiana Repertory Theatre, and Graduate Assistant at Lumina Foundation, among others. Nora holds a Master of Arts from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, along with certificates in Non-Profit Management and Fundraising Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communications from Coe College.

Central Indiana Community Foundation is a public charity that serves as a catalyst for progress and a supporter of community improvement. The Indianapolis Foundation and Hamilton County Community Foundation, then known as Legacy Fund, joined in 1997 to create CICF. Although each foundation continues to serve its own communities, being a member of aregional foundation allows it to benefit from strategic alliances and resources.
