Randy Biggs has worked for three companies throughout their career. Randy began at Convergys in 2004 as a Juniper Networks engineer. In 2005, they joined Symantec and held three roles, including SQA TEAM Lead for Asset Managment and CMDB Solutions, Sr. SQA Engineer, and Backline Sr Support Engineer. In 2014, they became an Implementation Engineer at Central Logic.
Randy Biggs received a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from University of Phoenix in 2004. Randy had previously obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Provo College-Provo in 1999.
