Michele Schaffer

Michele Schaffer currently serves as the Senior Director of Recruitment and previously held the position of Director of Employee Experience and Engagement at Central Park Conservancy since January 2021. Prior to this, Michele was employed at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts from 2014 to December 2019, where notable roles included Associate Director of Recruitment and Administrative Planning, focusing on recruiting for senior and executive positions across various departments. Michele's career also includes significant experience at AMC Networks, where roles spanned from Director of Planning & Operations to Manager of Human Resources, and earlier positions at Showtime Networks Inc. and Global Media Distribution. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Binghamton University and has studied at the University of Seville in Spain.
