Isabelle Vernos is an ICREA Research Professor at the Center for Genomic Regulation (CRG), a position held since August 2005. From February 2011 to June 2019, Isabelle served as a member of the European Research Council (ERC) Scientific Council and chaired the ERC Gender Balance Working Group from 2013 to 2019. Prior to their role at CRG, Isabelle was a Team Leader at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) from 2001 to July 2005.
