Centre for Psychology is a service which provides free Cognitive Behavioural Therapy funded by the NHS. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a technique focused therapy which involves identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours in order to change the way we feel. CBT can help with a number of common difficulties such as: depression, anxiety, stress, worry, social anxiety, PTSD, OCD, BDD, phobias, health anxiety and panic attacks.

Treatment at the Centre for Psychology is one-to-one, either telephone, video or face-to-face. The service also runs various online CBT groups including: CBT for sleep, coping with low mood and worry, improving low self-esteem, stress management and more!
