Sudarshan Patodia

Sudarshan Patodia is an experienced finance leader currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Centre for Sight since November 2024. Prior to this role, Sudarshan held the position of Vice President Finance at Vishal Mega Mart from February 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included IPO management, strategy formulation, and enhancing profitability. From May 2008 to February 2022, Sudarshan's tenure at ITC Limited encompassed several key roles, including Group Category Finance Manager for Foods, where strategic initiatives for new food categories were developed, and Manager of Corporate Treasury, overseeing substantial investment portfolios and foreign exchange hedging. Sudarshan’s educational background includes a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, achieving an All India Rank of 6, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Gold Medal from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
