Rebecca H. Steiner

Rebecca H. Steiner has extensive experience in the fashion industry. Rebecca H. started their career as the Owner of a children's clothing store called Whirlygig in 1994. Rebecca H. then transitioned to the S. Schwab Company, where they held various roles including Merchandise Coordinator, Regional Merchandising Manager, Director of Retail & Shop Development, and Senior Director of Retail & Shop Development. In 2002, they became the Director of Sales at S. Schwab Company, where they were responsible for Ralph Lauren Childrenswear & Little Me. In 2004, they joined Ralph Lauren as the Sr. Director of Sales for Ralph Lauren Childrenswear. Rebecca worked at Ralph Lauren until 2014, during which time they held the position of Vice President of Sales for Chaps Childrenswear and later became Vice President of Sales for Chaps Childrenswear & American Living. Rebecca H. also served as the Vice President of Planning, Shop & Retail Development at Ralph Lauren from 2008 to 2009. In 2015, Rebecca joined Centric Brands as the Sr. Vice President of Sales for Boys Sportswear.

Rebecca H. Steiner has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Additionally, they have completed an 8-week course on the Foundation of Business Strategy at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a 5-week course on Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies & Skills at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
