Damian Bolton

Damian Bolton, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, operations, and marketing. Currently serving as the CRM Product & Sales Operations Lead at Centric Consulting since April 2010, Damian represents business stakeholders within the CRM development team and manages the product backlog. Previously, roles included Project Manager for Ohio National Financial Services, where Damian led the implementation of IBM IIB and ITX products, and as Business Unit Marketing Lead, responsible for developing marketing strategies and coordinating with national teams. Prior to Centric Consulting, Damian co-founded Rathskeller Labs, worked as a Freelance Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant for a large bank, served as a Six Sigma Black Belt at CIGNA Healthcare, and held various project management positions at Turner Construction. Damian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. Additionally, completion of training programs such as Salesforce Trailhead and Sandler Foundations Bootcamp further enhances professional capabilities.
