He excels in integrating business processes and information technology to meet strategic objectives, with specific expertise in advising businesses in the successful selection and implementation of technology solutions, process redesign and improvement, business transformation and merger integration or divestiture separation.
Doug is successful in project and program leadership, strategic value analysis and Six Sigma techniques utilization. His business and financial acumen has resulted in significant operational efficiencies, synergies and cost reductions for his clients.
For example, Doug led the implementation of two operational excellence project work streams to improve and standardize credit and administrative processes. This work resulted in an annual savings exceeding $1 million.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Anderson University and is a CPA (inactive) in the state of Indiana, where he started his professional career as an auditor at Deloitte and Touche.
He enjoys motor sports, water sports, basketball, mountain biking and spending quality time with friends and family.
