David Knape

David Knape is an accomplished Principal Software Engineer at Centric Software, where since January 2022, leadership of a cross-functional team focuses on developing software for product design and merchandising, emphasizing full-stack application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern web development using advanced TypeScript, React, and Nest. Prior to this, David served as Lead Full Stack Engineer at FRQNCY, contributing to a live music streaming platform, and spent over 14 years at Bumpslide, Inc. as Principal Programmer and Consultant, specializing in mobile and web application development. Earlier career experience includes roles at Second Story, where innovative online interactive experiences were created, and Infogenic Systems, which marked the beginning of a programming career. David holds a BS in Multimedia Communication from Bradley University.
