Rex Clements has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rex currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Centrient Pharmaceuticals since March 2020. Prior to this role, Rex held various positions at Sandoz, including Head of Global Franchises and Business Unit Head: Anti-Infectives/API. Rex also served as the Managing Director and Country Head of United Kingdom, Ireland, and Malta, as well as the Head of Global Strategic Planning at Sandoz. Before joining Sandoz, Rex worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company and Dimension Data / Essence Consulting. Earlier in their career, they worked in a production role at Omnia Holdings Ltd.
Rex Clements received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Finance and General Management from The Wharton School in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Stellenbosch University from 1991 to 1995, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
