Luis Simas has over 40 years of experience in various roles within the industrial gases and water-wastewater technologies industry. Luis started their career at Liquid Carbonic as a New Applications and International Technology Manager, a position they held for 19 years. Simas then joined Liquid Carbonic Industries as an International Technology Transfer Manager and later moved to Praxair, where they served as a Business Development Manager for over 32 years. At Praxair, they also took on the role of International Technology Transfer Manager for five years. In 2008, Simas founded Water&Gas Technologies Corporation (WGT) and served as the General Manager until 2012. Currently, they are working as a Regional Sales Manager for the Industrial Market - Western Division at Centrisys Corporation. Overall, Simas has a strong background in business development, technology transfer, and managerial roles within the industry.
Luis Simas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Luis attended the institution from 1973 to 1978.
