Jim Naas has extensive work experience in product management and engineering roles. Jim currently works at CentroMotion as a Group Product Director - Industrial. Prior to that, they were a Product Line Director at Weasler Engineering. Before joining CentroMotion, Jim worked at Brady Corporation as a Global Product Manager for three years. Jim also held leadership positions at Tenneco and Johnson Controls, where they managed global product management and led the global product management team, respectively. Jim has a background in the automotive industry, having worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company in various roles such as Product Manager, Assistant Category Manager, New Product Cost Engineer, Experimental Build Group Lead, and Senior Quality Engineer. Jim started their career at Serigraph as a Quality Manager and later became a Quality Engineer at Simplicity Manufacturing.
Jim Naas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Business Administration from the Lubar College of Business. Jim also holds certifications in Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Technician, and Product Management.
