Ruth Hepburn Harris has extensive work experience in human resources and management. Ruth is currently the Head of HR for UK, Europe, and Caspian at Centurion Group since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Arjowiggins from October 2020 to November 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Human Resources Director, EPS West at Petrofac. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager for Operations and Engineering at EPS West, Petrofac, from December 2013 to June 2017. Ruth Harris also worked as the UK HR Manager at Sodexo from October 2010 to November 2013. Ruth started their career at Aberdeen City Council in 1998 and served as an HR Manager until October 2010.
Ruth Hepburn Harris completed their MSc in HRM in 2004 at RGU. Ruth also pursued a MSc in HR Management, FCIPD, at Robert Gordon University.
