Richard Morley

Richard oversees all property operations and maintenance, project management, and energy management, as well as all sustainability objectives for Century Group. He is keenly focused on running efficient facilities and has led teams to win internationally-recognized awards for building management excellence.

Richard started his career as a Shift Engineer and has a thorough and holistic understanding of all aspects of facilities management and maintenance. He brings decades of diverse facilities management experience, including municipal buildings for the City of Burnaby and AAA Class, mixed-use, commercial office buildings.

Educated at BCIT in Engineering and Project Management, he is a fourth class Power Engineer, with Systems Maintenance Administrator designation, and previously served as a BC Hydro sponsored Energy Manager.
