Claudette Clausen

Claudette Clausen is an experienced leader in the fields of business and communications, currently serving as the Director of The Leadership Program at The CEO Institute since February 2024. Previously, Claudette held the role of Membership Director for Future CEO at The CEO Institute from March 2014 to February 2015. As the Founder and Managing Director of SEEKclarity International from January 2011 to November 2013, Claudette developed the '3D Leadership' foundation model, promoting holistic leadership. Additionally, Claudette worked as a Management Consultant at Centosis Mauritius during the same time frame, aiding organizations in adopting modern leadership practices. Claudette's earlier career includes serving as Managing Director at Clarity Corporate Communications from January 2000 to September 2004, where innovative communication solutions were provided to enhance corporate positioning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Communications from the same institution, complemented by studies at the Australian Institute of Management.
