Renée Giarrusso

Renée Giarrusso is the Founder and CEO of RG Dynamics Pty Ltd and Limitless Leadership, specializing in the growth and development of individuals, teams, and organizations since March 2006. Renée is a multi-international award-winning author, having written "Gift Mindset" and "Limitless Leadership." Currently, Renée serves as an Executive Council Member and Opinion Columnist for CEOWORLD magazine, sharing insights that inspire leaders. Renée co-created "2 Sides In 2 Minutes," a game designed to enhance team communication, and is a keynote speaker with affiliations to ICMI and Speakers Connect. Renée also founded the Limitless Leadership Academy and hosts the Limitless Leaders Podcast, aimed at sharing valuable experiences from various leaders. Educational background includes multiple certifications in coaching and assessment, complemented by an Associate Diploma in Marketing and Business Management from RMIT University.
