Bob Moss

Bob Moss is a highly experienced Staff Engineer at Cepton since September 2020, with a robust background in hardware design and engineering. Previous positions include Senior Hardware Engineer at Nokia, where contributions led to the development of next-generation cable infrastructure products following Nokia’s acquisition of Gainspeed. As a Senior Hardware Engineer at Gainspeed, Moss was the lead designer for HFC outside plant products. Additional experience encompasses roles at Fastback Networks, Enlighted Inc., Ericsson, Zaffire, Gadzoox, Bay Networks, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, showcasing a diverse skill set in hardware design and telecommunications. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
