Muhammad Gamal

Muhammad Gamal is a Business Operations Senior Specialist at CEQUENS since May 2021, responsible for creating new customers and vendors in the system, managing system users, and assigning routes, profiles, products, and prices. Prior to this, Muhammad served at Vodafone from September 2015 to May 2021 as a Digital & Social Media Specialist, focusing on online product launches and understanding customer behaviors. Muhammad also held the position of Premium Senior Representative within the Premium Special Force from May 2012 to April 2015, supporting the premium/risk management department and addressing customer complaints. Earlier experience includes work as a High Value Representative, where the focus was on maintaining accounts and handling customer inquiries. Muhammad earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Commerce between 2002 and 2006.
