Bradley Paddock is the current President & CEO at CeQur. Prior to their current position, they held various leadership roles at different companies. From 2014 to 2018, Bradley was the Global President at Spine for Stryker. In 2013, they became the CEO of MicroCHIPS but only held the position for less than a year before moving on to Bausch + Lomb in October 2010 where they became the Vice-President of Global Sales & Marketing.

In 2008, Bradley co-founded Rock Sake, LLC and served as its President until 2010 when they left to join Medtronic. Bradley spent almost 10 years at Medtronic before leaving in 1999 to join Johnson & Johnson as a Sales Representative for their Ethicon Endo-Surgery division.

Bradley Paddock has a B.S. in Business from Miami University and has completed executive education programs in finance and global strategic management from the Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Business School, respectively.
