Johan Verhoeven

Johan Verhoeven is an experienced formulation chemist currently employed at Ceradis since July 2019, following a role as an organic chemist at Mercachem from February to July 2019. Johan's academic background includes a master's degree in molecular systems and material chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed in 2019, and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Avans University of Applied Sciences, earned in 2015. Previous research experience encompasses a graduate student position in the Molecular Science and Technology group at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, where Johan investigated the fundamentals of complex molecular systems, and various internships focusing on ligand synthesis, photo-responsive hydrogels, and bio-based thermotropic polyester synthesis at institutions including Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, University of Uppsala, and Eindhoven University of Technology.
