Sharon later joined Belden Inc. as VP Human Resources EMEA and worked on leadership development and commercial capabilities. Most recently, they became the HR Director at CeramTec, overseeing global people development initiatives. Sharon has a strong background in talent management, organizational design, and strategic HR business partnering.
Sharon Doyle completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Human Resource Management at Staffordshire University from 1994 to 1998. Sharon then pursued a Chartered Membership in Human Resource Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development from 2003 to 2004. Lastly, they obtained their Master of Arts in HRM from Alliance Manchester Business School from 2003 to 2005.
