Michael Hoos has a strong background in scientific research and development, with experience in various roles and organizations. Michael is currently working as a Scientific Liaison at Cerba Research, where they started in April 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at Enzo Clinical Labs and Enzo Life Sciences, Inc. from December 2017 to April 2021 as a Clinical Accounts Specialist and Application Scientist, respectively. Michael also worked as an Associate Scientist at Stony Brook University from August 2013 to December 2017, and as a Post Doctoral Fellow at Duke University from November 2009 to August 2013. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Graduate Associate at Stony Brook University Graduate School from November 2003 to November 2009. Early in their career, they worked as a Consultant at Discover Elucidations from November 2007 to February 2008, and as a Sr. Technician in Purification Development at Dow Biopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing from 1998 to 2003.
Michael Hoos completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Rochester Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998. Michael then pursued a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Stony Brook University from 2003 to 2008.
