Rabih Sfeir

Mr. Sfeir is Head of Real Estate Capital Formation for the Middle East, overseeing capital raising and investor partnerships for the Firm’s Real Estate platform in the region.

Mr. Sfeir brings nearly 15 years of experience in capital fundraising and corporate development across real estate strategies. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2022, he most recently served as Head of Capital Formation for Real Estate at DigitalBridge (formerly Colony Capital), where he managed and grew the firm’s relationships with limited partners in the Middle East. He previously held senior financial and managerial positions at multinational groups, including Kingdom Hotel Investments and LCH Holding.

Mr. Sfeir holds an M.B.A. from Notre Dame University, Lebanon. He was also licensed as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
