William B.

William B. is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in hedge fund operations and business development. Currently serving as SVP of Corporate Business Development & Strategic Transformation and SVP of Regulatory Reporting at Cerberus Capital Management since June 2022, William has also worked as a Hedge Fund Consultant for an NYC-based hedge fund from September 2021 to February 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Co-Head of Operations at Fir Tree Partners from March 2008 to June 2021, Controller at Trellus Management from May 2007 to March 2008, and Portfolio Administrator at Stadia Capital LLC from March 2004 to April 2007. William began a finance career at Pershing, working as a Prime Brokerage Representative and IRA Client Service Representative from July 1999 to 2004. William holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
