Siva Pola began their work experience in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Electronics Corporation of India Limited. Siva then worked as a Software Engineer at Integrated Systems Management, Inc. from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, Siva joined CapitalOne Financial Services Inc as a Sr. Object Engineer. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the Oracle Practice Manager at Omegacube Technologies. Since 2004, Siva has been the CEO of Cerebra Consulting Inc, where they are responsible for strategic growth planning, consulting, business development, and product development. Siva also manages Cerebra's Oracle EBS Practice and has assisted numerous clients with their oracle configurator/oracle EBS implementations.
Siva Pola completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Andhra University, from the years 1991 to 1995.
