Michael is Chief Architect of Advanced Technologies and co-founder of Cerebras Systems. Prior to Cerebras, Michael was Lead Software Architect responsible for distributed system software at SeaMicro. After SeaMicro was acquired, Michael was made an AMD Fellow and Lead Software Architect. Throughout his career, he has designed operating systems, compilers, real-time feedback controls systems, signal process, and recognition systems. Michael has degrees in Molecular Neurobiology, Mathematics, and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
