Michael Skowron

Michael (Mike) Skowron, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Corporate Controller at Ceribell, specializing in point-of-care EEG, since October 2023. Prior to this, Mike held various roles at Impossible Foods from August 2019 to October 2023, including Assistant Controller and Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting. Mike also worked at Square in SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting from May 2015 to August 2019, and at ZELTIQ as Manager of SEC Reporting, SOX Compliance, and Technical Accounting from March 2013 to May 2015. Early career experience includes positions at Atmel Corporation as Senior Corporate Accounting and SEC Reporting Analyst and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Auditor. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2005 and 2008.
