Michael Belfiglio has a diverse work experience in engineering. Michael started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at ArcelorMittal in 2011. Following that, they worked as an Engineering Intern at NAVSEA in 2012. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at CertainTeed, initially as a Project Engineer II and then as a Senior Project Engineer. In these roles, they managed various projects related to plant development, expansion, product development, and capacity improvement. Michael was responsible for developing scopes of work, budgets, and estimates for projects, as well as overseeing the purchasing and delivery of equipment. Since 2022, they have been working as a Senior Principal Engineer at CertainTeed, where they continue to manage CAPEX projects of various sizes.
