Wade Gehlhoff

Wade Gehlhoff is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Quality at Certified Power Solutions since September 2019, Wade leads a cross-functional team focused on developing innovative products for snowplow and salt spreading controls, telematics, and cloud-based fleet management. Prior to this, Wade held the position of Continuation Engineering Manager at Nilfisk, where efforts centered on preparing for the production transition of autonomous scrubbers. Previous roles include Engineering and Operations Director at Continental Hydraulics, and Engineering Manager at Donaldson, where key achievements involved enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening client relationships. Wade’s career began at Eaton Hydraulics, where management of global new product development teams contributed to significant program advancements, and at Outboard Marine Corporation, focusing on engine design. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has completed Fluid Power Specialist Training at Hennepin Technical College.
