Michael Zapson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner in the Real Estate and Trusts and Estates Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, since 2017. Throughout their career, Michael has provided legal counsel to a diverse clientele, including real property owners, national companies, developers, purchasers, REITs, lenders, and brokers. Previously, Michael held the position of Managing Attorney at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP from 2003 to 2017 and served as a Legislator in Nassau County from 1999 to 2003. Additional experience includes partnering at Zapson & Galanter, LLP, and leadership roles as President and Member of the Long Beach City Council. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and completed undergraduate studies at Cornell University.
