Deb Ashton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience. As the Founder and Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Operations at Certinia since 2015, Deb has successfully built and led a global engineering organization utilizing Agile SCRUM methodology to launch comprehensive ERP solutions, including financial management, professional services automation, human capital management, and supply chain systems. Prior to this role, Deb co-founded Certinia and served as Vice President of Product & Customer Success from 2009 to 2014, and held the position of Product Director for CODA at UNIT4 Group from 2000 to 2009. Deb's career began at SciSys from 1996 to 2000, where various roles in presales, consulting, and support were undertaken. Deb holds a degree in Biomedical Science from Sheffield Hallam University and attended Trent College.
