Louis Loo is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Team Lead for Product Management and Planning at Certis since December 2013. With a background in business development, cash management solutions, and operations control, Louis has led teams in developing innovative cash processing solutions while achieving key performance indicators and service level agreements across various roles. Prior experience includes managing cash operations at the Central Bank of Singapore and working as a Sales Associate at Gassan Diamonds. Louis holds a Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Nanyang Technological University.
