Thera Tan is an accomplished finance professional with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Currently serving as AVP Corporate Finance at Certis since October 2018, Thera has excelled in delivering financial insights that inform strategic decision-making while leading budgeting and forecasting efforts. Previously, as Finance Reporting Manager at Heptagon, Thera demonstrated expertise in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and US GAAP, establishing vital accounting policies. Thera's career began at KPMG Singapore and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where extensive experience in auditing and team management was gained, along with a solid foundation in compliance with international financial standards. Thera holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Malaya and is a certified member of CPA Australia.
