Isabela Medeiros

Isabela Medeiros is an experienced lawyer and academic, serving as Advogada at Isabela Medeiros | Advocacia Estratégica since April 2000, with expertise in civil litigation, family law, and succession law. Additionally, Isabela holds various leadership roles within the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB/SC) as Diretor and Vice-Diretor Geral at the Escola Superior de Advocacia - ESA/SC, and has been elected as Conselheira Estadual. As a Professor at Faculdade Cesusc since 2004, Isabela teaches postgraduate courses in Civil Procedural Law and Family Law, while also coordinating projects such as the Núcleo de Assessoria Jurídica Emancipatória and the Núcleo de Prática Jurídica em Arbitragem Empresarial (NUPArb). Isabela has a Doctorate and Master's degree in Law from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, along with a specialization in Administrative Law.
