Prior to this, Irina served as a Freelance Strategy Consultant at Global Intelligence Alliance, focusing on end-to-end project management. From June 2004 to January 2010, Irina held multiple roles at Frost & Sullivan, including Program Manager for the Energy & Power Systems Practice, where valuable commercial advice was provided to senior management in the energy sector. Irina's early career includes positions as a Teaching Assistant at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and as a Compliance Analyst at Siberian Oil Company. Irina holds an MBA from INSEAD and various degrees in management and economics from prestigious institutions, including Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Oxford Brookes University, and All-Russian Finance & Economics Institute.
