Andres Podesta

Andres Podesta currently serves as the UX Lead at Cetera Financial Group since April 2019. Previously, as User Experience Manager at Herbalife from 2005 to April 2018, Andres established the company's first UX team, promoted User Centered Design, and developed a UI framework using the Atomic Design approach, enhancing user experience and production efficiency. Additionally, Andres built a user community for continuous usability testing and organized focus groups to create User Personas for development teams. Prior experience includes freelance web development and a role as Web Designer at Tree Media Group. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Panamerican School of Arts, a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International, and a Certified SAFe Practitioner for Teams from Scaled Agile, Inc.
