Katie Urbaniak

Katie Urbaniak currently serves as a Senior Manager of Leadership Development at Cetera Financial Group, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Katie held various leadership roles at Securian Financial from August 2015 to August 2023, including Director of Leadership Development and Senior Manager of Field Development, overseeing teams focused on advisor training and development. Prior to this, Katie was with Thrivent Financial from 2005 to August 2015 as a Manager of Advisor Training & Professional Development and a Financial Advisor. Katie is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota and Red River High School.
