Luiz Sesti

Luiz Sesti is an experienced professional in the field of veterinary services, currently serving as the Head of International Veterinary Services in Latin America for Ceva Animal Health since August 2005. Sesti has a strong background in poultry health, focusing on trends affecting both the poultry industry and public health, alongside developing and supporting poultry biologicals. Previously, Sesti was the Executive Director of FACTA - Apinco Foundation for Poultry Science and Technology, providing scientific support and representing the organization at various events. Earlier roles included Head of Technical Development at Multimix Nutrição Animal Ltda. and Head of Veterinary Services at Agroceres PIC & ROSS Ltda., where responsibilities included herd health monitoring and the establishment of biosecurity programs. Sesti holds a PhD from North Carolina State University and has advanced degrees in veterinary medicine and swine and poultry physiology.
