Nathalie Gerschtein

Nathalie Gerschtein has extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as the President of L’Oréal Consumer Products Division for North America and previously holding various leadership roles within L’Oréal, including CEO of L'Oréal Thailand and General Manager for Garnier and L’Oréal Paris in India. Under Nathalie Gerschtein's stewardship, L’Oréal Thailand emerged as the largest subsidiary in South Asia, while Garnier India became the leading business unit in the region. In addition to current board positions at CEW and DermTech, Nathalie Gerschtein has pursued advanced education at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and INSEAD, complementing a strong academic foundation in Business Strategy from HEC Paris and London Business School.
