Justine Blanchet is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as an Ingénieure en conformité électrique at Mine Raglan since December 2022, following roles as CPI in compliance and CPI in electrical maintenance at the same company. Prior to this position, Justine held the title of Graduate Engineering Trainee at BBA Consultants from January to December 2022 and worked as an Assistant Project Coordinator at Audet et Knight from August to December 2021. A Project Management Intern at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited from September 2020 to August 2021, Justine's experience also includes a role as Project Engineering Intern at Philip Morris International from May 2019 to April 2020, and an internship focused on reliability and instrumentation at Newmont Corporation in late 2018. Justine holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke, completed in 2021.

Raglan Mine
We are Raglan Mine, a mining company established in Nunavik since 1997. We operate one of the purest nickel deposit series in the world. We are part of Glencore, one of the world's largest diversified natural resource companies. Our facilities include three active underground mines and a concentrator. Since we are isolated from all external resources, we have all the infrastructure required to operate a small municipality, including a housing complex, a water treatment plant, a power plant and an airport. A network of year-round roads links our mining complex to the warehouse and port facilities located in Deception Bay. In addition to our mine site, we are also located in the Inuit villages of Salluit and Kangiqsujuaq, as well as in Rouyn-Noranda, Laval, Quebec City and Toronto. We employ over 1,285 employees, over 91% of whom work on a rotating schedule.
