Dollie Kelly is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in security, retail operations, and risk management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Security and Retail Operations at Citizens and Farmers Bank (C&F Bank) since July 2008, Dollie focuses on ensuring adherence to core policies and improving efficiency within Retail Banking by identifying risks and implementing corrective action plans. Previously, Dollie held the role of Retail Market Leader - VP at C&F Bank, managing the Western market and coaching branch managers to enhance customer service and operational excellence. Earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President and Retail Risk Manager at C&F Bank, where risk mitigation strategies were developed to protect the bank. Dollie began a career at Bank of America as a manager, following an education in Economics from Mary Baldwin University and additional studies at the University of Oxford.
