Jonathan Jones

Jonathan Jones, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Shared Services at CF Industries, where responsibilities include creating and leading the Shared Service Organization to enhance organizational efficiencies through technology and process improvements. Previous experience includes roles as Execution Lead at ACS Group, managing key operational processes for Shire Incorporated's manufacturing campus, and Global Integration Lead at Baxter International Inc., overseeing the integration of a significant global hemodialysis company. At Baxter Healthcare, Jonathan held several leadership positions, including Director of Operations overseeing a large repair and service operation, Director Shared Services initiating a financial services redesign program, and Finance Lead Global Services, where financial responsibilities spanned global operations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Dominican University.
