Loredana Yamada, MBA, CFA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Director I Strategy I Evaluations I Business Development at CF Industries since September 2021, Loredana has excelled in identifying new business opportunities related to the clean energy transition. Prior to this role, Loredana was the Director of M&A, Strategy and Investor Relations at RR Donnelley, focusing on corporate strategy and revenue diversification. A consultant at E-VALUATE BUSINESS ANALYSIS LLC from 2006 to 2017, Loredana provided advisory services for start-ups, and previously held senior finance roles at Hillshire Brands, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs, demonstrating expertise in investment evaluation and financial modeling.
