Caroline Conlon

Caroline Conlon is an experienced professional in learning strategy and design, currently serving as the Director of Learning Strategy and Design at CFA Institute since April 2022, where responsibilities involve creating an online professional learning product portfolio and analyzing learner engagement data. Previously, Caroline worked at ZS as a Learning Strategist & Consultant, developing competency-based educational programs in various sectors. Prior experience includes managing tech learning strategies at Capital One, leading user experience design at Six Red Marbles, designing learning experiences at John Wiley and Sons, and fostering faculty development at Northern Illinois University. Caroline holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Library and Information Science and an MS Ed in Instructional Technology, complemented by a User Experience Design Immersive Certificate from General Assembly.
