Phillip is responsible for driving strategic direction and managing the new investment pipeline. Joining the Group in 1990 as MD of JCB Construction Equipment Australia, he was instrumental in developing this business from the ground up. Prior to joining the Group Philip was a Systems Engineer for Fujitsu Australia. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science from Murdoch University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
