All of our classes offer a full-body workout. We combines the elements of cardio, weight-lifting, gymnastics and core training. You’ll never do the same workout twice in a week – or in a month. With over 40 classes per week including CF, CF LITE, bootcamp, yoga, personal training, specialty classes and CF Kids and Youth Strength & Conditioning programs, we have plenty to choose from.
