Alex Collins

Alex Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Quality Control at CG Oncology since July 2022, Alex previously held the same title at Novartis Gene Therapies from July 2019 to July 2022, and prior to that, served in various roles including QC Manager - Biochemistry at Novartis and QC Supervisor - Biochemistry at AveXis, Inc. Key contributions include establishing the quality control and environmental monitoring program at AveXis's manufacturing site in Libertyville, IL, alongside responsibilities such as SOP development, equipment validation, and testing procedures.
