Keith Adkins

Keith Adkins has extensive experience in business analysis and quality assurance, primarily in projects related to child welfare and developmental disabilities. Currently serving as a Business Analyst/QA Lead at CGI since September 2010, Keith has contributed to various state projects in Ohio and West Virginia. Previously, at Dynamics Research from July 2007 to September 2010, responsibilities included leading design sessions for the Tennessee Family and Child Tracking System and supporting the rollout of the State Automated Child Welfare Information System. Earlier roles included help desk support and insurance registration, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer service and operational efficiency. Keith holds a B.S. in Management from Central Connecticut State University and an A.S. in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College.
